There are lots of dissimilar mobile phones on the market powered by Google’s Android mobile operating system from a wide array of dissimilar makers. Each of these dissimilar mobile phones feature their fair share of positive qualities be it price, big screen, high resolution camera or what have you. However, just about every Android smartphone is the same in that it takes quite some time before actually being updated to the latest version of Android. In fact, some of the only smartmobile phones currently on the market running Android 2.3 include Google’s own Nexus One and Nexus S. Luckily, many other makers have let us know in the past that they do plan on releasing the Android 2.3 update at some point in the future. For instance, LG has just come forth today by way of Facebook to let us know that the Android 2.3 update for their highly popular Optimus One will be made available this Spring. Of course things are subject to change so until something along the lines of a press release goes out we’d say don’t get too excited just yet.For more details on this topics logon to www.mydesktopforums.com
